Envoi

 

We organize shipments exclusively on Mondays and Tuesdays. Depending on when you placed your order, we may need a few extra days for preparation. In which case your order will be shippednext week.

Once your order has been shipped,we are no longer responsible of its delivery.

Please note that we reserve the right to change or select alternative carrier services based on various factors such as circumstances, estimated delays, costs and reliability, all without notice.

It is important to take into consideration that postal delays are beyond our control.We decline all responsibility for damages caused by shipping delays.

Shipping is at the buyer's own risk, and delays may occur for a variety of reasons, such as storms, holidays, or federal holidays, among others.

 

Shipping is $31  for Quebec and Ontario in winter season to add automatically a 72h heating pack plus a thermal protection to your order.

In warmer seson delivery costs are $22 for all of Quebec and Ontario.

In winter all package will be sent with signature requirement to be sure 

your plants will stay in a warm place and not outside.

 

We reminded that it is buyer's responsibility to collect the package as quickly as possible in order to avoid problems with the plants.
